Manual inspection of the products includes:

• Dye Penetrant
• Magnetic particle flaw detection
• 100% Visual checks
• 100%-Dimensional inspection to customer drawing
• Document Material Pack including Material Test Certificate

With the installation of the company’s CMM machine in 2014, we can offer a measuring footprint of 1900 x 900 x 500 (mm) allowing inspection of crankshafts up to 1900mm (74.80 inches) in length x 331 mm Diameters (13 Inches) and a max weight of 750 kgs, the parts undergo 100%-Dimensional inspection to customer drawing.

The inspection is also inclusive of:

• Magnetic particle flaw detection
• 100% Visual checks
• Document Material Pack including Material Test Certificate

All as per the customer requirements.
